What is the RND20 challenge?

RND20 is a 20-minute workout: as many rounds as possible of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. You log each round as you complete it, and your total rounds and reps become your score when the clock runs out.

What's the difference between Standard and Scaled?

Standard and Scaled let you choose movement variations that fit your current ability for pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. The rep counts per round and the 20-minute clock stay the same in both modes.

Can I pause or train offline?

There is no pause. Rest is part of the 20 minutes. The workout timer and round counter work offline; account workouts and results sync when connected.

Do I need Pro or an Apple Watch?

No. The workout, history, personal progress, result/share cards, friends, reactions and challenges are Free. Pro adds Apple Health, Apple Watch workouts with live heart rate, offline Watch workouts after iPhone setup, Live Activities and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.

RND20 Pro is available as a monthly subscription. Pricing is shown by the App Store for your region. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.

How do I report or block someone?

Open Friends and use REPORT / BLOCK on a search result, workout, request or PEOPLE entry. The same control appears on shared challenge previews. Choose Report Profile or Report Shared Result, select a reason, and send. You can also confirm Block User to remove the connection and prevent further requests. Reports go to RND20 for review; blocking is a separate action. For urgent concerns or help with a block, contact hello@webnik.cz.

What does Private hide?

Choose Private in Profile and save changes to hide your full profile and workout results from everyone else, including friends and old challenge links. Your basic name and username remain discoverable to signed-in users. Friends Only shares results with accepted friends. Exported result images outside RND20 cannot be recalled.

How do I challenge a friend?

Add a friend from within the app, then send them a challenge. They must sign in as an accepted friend to see your score. Your profile must use Friends Only sharing; switching to Private or blocking the recipient also closes access through existing links.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email hello@webnik.cz with your account details and we will process your deletion request. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
